Your First Step Into Sophrology Course - TBC
For overwhelmed professionals who are overworked, stressed, have too much on their plate and never find time for themselves

Recharge and Reset
Take a moment for yourself in the middle of a busy day. In this session, I'll guide you through gentle movements, breathing exercises and soothing visualisations to help you release tension and restore your energy.
You'll leave feeling calmer and clearer, fully reset for the rest of your day. I'll share some tips on how you can easily incorporate tools in your daily life to experience the benefits beyond the session.
This is also an opportunity to discover a mind-body practice loved in France.
Free Sophrology Taster Session
Discover what Sophrology is and find out more how it can help you regain feelings of wellbeing.
This introductory session suits all levels and abilities and is delivered every second Wednesday of the month

Sessions for parents and carers of neurodivergent children
No prior knowledge or special clothing are required to attend these sessions. Come as you are and take a gentle pause to breathe. These soothing and relaxing sessions are organised by Autism Arena CIC and funded by the National Lottery Community Fund.
After the sessions you'll get recordings for your own personal use.
