Organisational wellbeing programmes

I help values-led organisations prevent burnout and long-term sick leave by supporting sustainable performance, focus, and recovery.

Many organisations are seeing the impact of sustained pressure, high mental load, and constant change on their teams. Over time, this can lead to reduced concentration, fatigue, presenteeism, and increased risk of burnout.

My work supports organisations to take a proactive, preventative approach, helping people function well at work without pushing themselves beyond their limits.

A structured, preventative approach to sustainable performance

My work focuses on helping people develop practical skills to manage pressure, maintain focus, and restore energy. Rather than waiting for people to cross the red line, I support organisations to take a preventative approach, building awareness and sustainable habits that can be applied in everyday working life.

The programme I offer is practical, experiential, and accessible, supporting both mental and physical wellbeing and helping people stay well, engaged, and effective at work.

A programme to learn how to manage pressure and recover properly

I offer a structured, preventative programme designed to support people dealing with sustained demands, both at work and beyond, to manage pressure, maintain focus, and recover effectively over time.

The programme supports participants to develop greater awareness of their own limits, recognise early signs of overload, and build practical skills they can use in the moment to stay calm, focused, and effective at work.

Rather than asking people to push through or cope alone, the programme helps individuals and organisations create more sustainable ways of working, reducing burnout risk while supporting long-term performance and wellbeing.

The programme is delivered over 10 sessions, allowing sufficient time for learning, practice, and meaningful change to take place.

It can be delivered:

  • Online
  • In person
  • Or as a hybrid of both

Sessions are practical and experiential, combining guided practices, simple education, and time for reflection and integration. Participants are supported to apply what they learn directly to their working lives, week by week.

How I work with organisations

I work with organisations that genuinely care about their staff and want the best for them.

I’m particularly interested in work that goes beyond one-off interventions, and in creating support that can be integrated into people’s lives rather than forgotten once a session is over.

What matters most to me is listening to what teams are dealing with and adapting the programme to their needs, so the support feels relevant, down to earth and easy to use.

If you’d like to explore whether this programme could be a good fit for your organisation, I’d be happy to have an initial conversation.

I can also discuss with you options for a burnout recovery programme and for a chronic fatigue and pain management rehabilitation programme.
