Burnout prevention & recovery

Burnout can feel sudden. Actually, there were signs. It started with being more stressed and loosing sleep. Then everything felt harder to do. Mental fog, aches, mood swings become the norm. One day, it’s all too much and your mind and body say stop. Right now, you’re functioning, but only just. The tank is empty. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space to rest, reset and get you back on your feet so that you can function normally again.

Whether you struggle to fall asleep, wake in the night and lie awake with racing thoughts, I can help restore your sleep. I often do that by helping you manage cortisol levels through the day with powerful stress management techniques before moving on targeted sleep exercises.

  • Daytime tools to support natural sleep rhythms
  • Techniques to return to sleep without frustration

  • 1-to-1 sessions (online or in Leeds) - £70/session or £300 for 5 sessions
  • Restore calm and energy (8-session course) - £25/session or £175 for the whole course
