I'm Audrey Zannese, PhD, biologist, ecologist, sophrologist, teacher and MS warrior. Sophrology was recommended to me by a French neurologist when I started the treatment for MS.

Learn how to regulate your body to feel calmer and stop worrying all the time

Discover exercises and strategies to reconnect with your body in a simple, powerful and positive way. You start incorporating the exercises in your daily life easily without feeling it's a chore. Even if you think you're not the meditating type (I wasn't), you'll discover how accessible sophrology is.

In this first part of the course you learn powerful relaxation and regulation techniques to start restoring your balance by releasing excess tensions and finding your inner peace. You let go of the mind chatter. You build your capacity to use the exercises anywhere and in any circumstances. It's often in these first weeks that you get comments from family and friends who notice something has changed because you're much calmer than usual.

12 Live sessions - Starts Thu 20 March 2025 - 6pm

The sessions will be delivered weekly via Zoom for 12 weeks at particular dates and times. Now don’t worry if you can’t attend the sessions live. They're all recorded and accessible afterwards through a course platform that you'll have exclusive access to. You’ll be able to catch up in your own time.

Inspirational handouts

The handouts provide a recap of the exercises with tips on how you can use them in your daily life. They help remind you how to do the exercises and also give you suggestions to experiment with your own practice so that you find what works best for you.

What If I Can't Attend Live Sessions?

If you cannot attend the sessions live, you can catch up with the recordings. The recordings of the session will be made available in the digital course platform after the session has been delivered.

What If I'm Too Unwell To Attend?

I'm used to work with people suffering with chronic illnesses. They've often been surprised by how ACCESSIBLE and ADAPTABLE sophrology is. For instance, you could adapt exercises so that you do them lying down if you're unable to sit or stand up. They also were happy to have attended sessions despite not feeling great because they felt better afterwards. But if you're really too unwell, the sessions are recorded and you'll be able to catch up with them at a later date.
