I can teach you simple, easy to learn and practical exercises that you will be able to quickly implement in your daily life to bring instant relief and help you regain balance, calmness and confidence in your life.

Not only do I have personal experience in using sophrology to manage stress and energy levels, I have also been trained by burn out expert Florence Parot and I am a partner sophrologist of La Bulle de Repos, a centre specialising in helping people with burn out.

Cautionary advice

I only work with people who are committed to improve their wellbeing and are ready to practice sophrology on a regular basis. This is not for you if you are not prepared to make a change in your daily life by dedicating fifteen minutes of your day to the practice of sophrology.

How does it work?

If you choose to work with me 1 to 1, you will get bespoke exercises that are specifically tailored to you. We will start with an initial consultation to identify your needs and develop a plan to address your problem. The number of recommended sessions and the frequency of sessions will depend on you and your condition.


What is included?

In addition to the session, you will normally get a handout of the exercises we practiced with tips on how to use them and an mp3 audio recording of the session to aid your personal training. Depending on the work we do together, certain sessions may not include handouts or audio recordings.


Where do sessions take place?

Private sessions can take place at Tower Clinic in Cookridge, Leeds. However if you are living far away I am happy to offer virtual sophrology sessions via Skype or Zoom. This is something we can discuss during the initial consultation.



£50 per session

5% off if you book 3 sessions up front - £142.5

10% off if you book 5 sessions up front - £225
