I can teach you simple, easy to learn and practical exercises that you will be able to quickly implement in your daily life to bring instant relief and help you regain balance, calmness and confidence in your life.

You are in good hands as I specialise in helping people with chronic conditions. I have both personal experience in using sophrology to manage a chronic condition but I have also attended specialist training by some of the most renowned experts in the field such as Dr Patrick-André Chéné.  I am also a proud volunteer at the Sir Robert Ogden MacMillan Centre where I offer sophrology sessions for both carers and patients.

I only work with people who are prepared to attend regular sessions and are prepared to practice on a regular basis. This is not for you if you are not committed to make a change in your life. I work with people for whom wellbeing is a priority and who are committed to give sophrology a real try.

One to one

How does it work?

If you choose to work with me 1 to 1, you will get bespoke exercises that are specifically tailored to you. We will start with an initial consultation to identify your needs and develop a plan to address your problem. The number of recommended sessions and the frequency of sessions will depend on you and your condition.


What is included?

In addition to the session, you will normally get a handout of the exercises we practiced with tips on how to use them and an mp3 audio recording of the session to aid your personal training. Depending on the work we do together, certain sessions may not include handouts or audio recordings.


Where do sessions take place?

Private sessions can take place at Tower Clinic in Cookridge, Leeds. However if you are living far away I am happy to offer virtual sophrology sessions via Skype or Zoom. This is something we can discuss during the initial consultation.

Step Into Wellbeing - Foundation course

Step Into Wellbeing - Advanced course


Each course consists of 5 sessions of 1h 30

In the Foundation course you will discover the principles of sophrology and learn how to find instant serenity, let go of tensions and negativity, regain your confidence and vitality and develop a positive mindset.

The Advanced course (only available to those who attended the Foundation course) focuses on advanced techniques to manage pain and overcome side effects of treatment. You will also work on personal development, learning how to live life to the full and face any challenges.


What is included?

After each session you will receive a handout of the exercises practiced with tips on how to use them. For each course you will receive three audio mp3 recordings to aid your personal training.
