Who is Audrey Zannese?
Audrey is an anxiety and pain management expert who discovered sophrology through her neurologist when she started treatment for MS. She helps (mostly) women living with a chronic illness, anxiety, fatigue or pain to improve their mental and emotional wellbeing so they can live a happier life with fewer flare ups and lesser anxiety. She also helps women who can no longer function normally and fear going into burn-out to find back the sleep and energy they need to regain control of their lives.
She believes that sophrology is a powerful and easy method to implement in daily life. She’s witnessed how a little practice on a regular basis can have BIG positive impacts on people’s wellbeing and lives.
Drawing on her experience and training, Audrey absolutely loves to share her knowledge and skills in a very practical and accessible way. She’ll make sure you get back on the driver seat of your life and take back control of your body and health.
Here is what you’ll get:
The session will be delivered via Zoom, once a week for 12 weeks. Now don’t worry if you can’t attend all the sessions live. They will be recorded and accessible afterwards through a website so that you’ll be able to catch up in your own time.
These resources will remind you how to use the exercises and also give you options to experiment with your own practice and find what works best for you.

In addition to the full sessions, you’ll get a range of audio recordings so that you can practice the exercises in a more accessible and flexible way depending on the amount of time you have.
Guidance and motivation
Most importantly, during the programme I’ll guide you step by step to successfully practice the exercises and implement a wellbeing routine in your day to day life. I’ll be there to answer your questions and cheer on your successes.
