How it is going to work

In this introductory video I explain how to practice. Please watch this video before doing any of the exercises.

Remember to always listen to how you feel and to adapt the exercises so that you do them in a safe and comfortable way.

For each practice you have a short introductory video, the guiding and suggestions on how to use the exercises in you daily life. Start practicing regularly.

Practice 1 - Breathing Awareness - 6'40

This is an excellent exercise to focus back on the here and now, reconnect gently with the body and activate our inner relaxation response.
