Maybe you feel heartbroken, lost and alone and are spending most of your time crying. You can’t get your head around it and are in shock, not knowing what to do. Panic is settling in and you feel anxious all the time about how it’s going to evolve and how it’s going to affect your work and your personal life. You may feel angry or that it’s unfair and can’t understand why this is happening to you.

Hi I’m Audrey.

I understand how you feel and what you’re going through. I work with persons just like you who have been recently diagnosed with a chronic illness and are going through an emotional rollercoaster. Persons who’ve lost their sleep because they’re so anxious about their future.

I believe that it’s possible to restore balance in our bodies and minds by using simple strategies and exercises in our daily lives. Exercises that allow us to find our inner calm and to release tensions, therefore counteracting the negative impacts of stress on our bodies and giving our bodies the best chance to heal.

As a result of “From Panic to Peace” you’ll experience a true moment of relaxation and reconnection with your body and you’ll also develop your confidence in your own ability to feel calmer and let go of tensions anywhere, anytime.

From Panic to Peace includes

  • The Full Picture Assessment

    This is a pre-session questionnaire to assess your current symptoms and health history. It provides invaluable information to identify which areas are most impacted at the moment. The assessment will help me get clear on what exercises to prioritise for our session.

  • The First Step - Sophrology Session

    This is a 90-minute Zoom session where we’ll start with a summary of the information you submitted in the questionnaire before diving into a Sophrology session bespoke to you to help you find peace. I’ll explain all the exercises before I start the guiding. After the guiding I’ll explain to you the steps you’ll take over the next two weeks.

  • The Happy Practice Support Materials

    After the session I’ll send you mp3 recording and a handout of the exercises as well as detailed instructions on how to implement your own practice. You’ll have everything you need to successfully implement the exercises in your own daily life. If you have any questions or difficulties during the two weeks I’ll continue to support you via email.

  • The Next Step - Maintain The Happy Practice

    Two weeks later we’ll reconnect for 30 minutes to check how you feel and to celebrate your new ability to regain peace anytime you want. I’ll also offer suggestions to carry on your path to wellbeing and how to sustain your practice.


It is possible to switch off our minds, calm down and regain the peace we need to live our lives happily and with confidence in any circumstances.
