- Let's Energise: focused on improving your focus, concentration, performance, restoring energy levels, boosting confidence and resilience, living a happier and fuller life.
- Let's Sleep: to help you fall asleep more easily and naturally, protect your sleep and manage your energy levels during the day.
Each course includes handouts and mp3 recordings to aid your personal training.

The Tower Clinic
Over the summer I am running open sessions from Thursday 27 June to Thursday 8 August (except Thursday 11 July). It will be a mix of practical exercises for relaxing and releasing tensions, improving focus and performance, boosting confidence, managing energy levels and improving sleep.
