I offer a range of classes and workshops.
At the beginning of a class, I will explain and demonstrate the exercises before guiding you through them. We usually practice sitting or standing with eyes closed. But you can do the session with your eyes open if you feel uncomfortable closing them.
At the end of the session I will invite you to discuss what you experienced if you are happy to share it. I will also explain how you can start implementing the exercises in your daily life.

During workshops I cover a range of practice and theory. Each workshop includes at least three sophrology sessions, handouts and at least 3 mp3 recordings.

In this three-hour Sleep Clinic I am going to help you improve your sleep. You'll come out of the workshop super clear about what to do and you'll be amazed by how simple it all is. However simple does not mean it's happens on its own. Practice after the workshop will be key.
People suffering from stress-related insomnia often show a more active brain both during the day and during the night compare to people without sleep issues.
Let's Sleep is designed to train your brain and your body to switch off during the day. Bringing back balance and harmony during the day is a first step to recover sleep at night. Let's Sleep also includes visualisations to help you feel more secure at night and protect your sleep. There are also exercises to help you fall back asleep if you wake up during the night.
