Courses

At the beginning of a session, I will explain and demonstrate the exercises before guiding you through them. We usually practice sitting or standing with eyes closed. But you can do the session with your eyes open if you feel uncomfortable closing them.
At the end of the session I will invite you to discuss what you experienced if you are happy to share it. I will also explain how you can start implementing the exercises in your daily life.

I usually run closed groups. Please book in advance as places are limited.

Weekly Classes

Beginner

Those classes are dedicated to women who would like to experience the benefits and simplicity of sophrology to improve their wellbeing. Open to women living with a chronic condition, women in burnout or suffering from anxiety and overwhelm.

Focused on gentle body movements, breathing exercises and positive visualisations, these classes will help you
- deeply switch off and relax, and by doing so giving your body a break and chance to recover;
- become more aware and present, helping you to possibly change your perception on certain aspects of your life you find challenging;
- focus more on what feels good and positive, and by doing so developing your resilience.

Price for the 5 classes is £30 with a MASSIVE BONUS:

  • At the end of each class, I'll send you a recording. So if you miss a class you'll be able to catch up and practice in your own time. You'll also be able to practice in between classes and continue once the course finishes.

- deepen our connection with our mind and body and inner sense of harmony;
- improve our capacity to step back from emotionally challenging situations;
- boost our inner resources, confidence and positivity

During workshops I cover a range of practice and theory. Each workshop includes at least three sophrology sessions, handouts and at least 3 mp3 recordings.
