I offer a range of classes and workshops.

Weekly classes

At the beginning of a class, I will explain and demonstrate the exercises before guiding you through them. We usually practice sitting or standing with eyes closed. But you can do the session with your eyes open if you feel uncomfortable closing them.

At the end of the session I will invite you to discuss what you experienced if you are happy to share it. I will also explain how you can start implementing the exercises in your daily life.

5-week course: £40


During workshops I cover a range of practice and theory. Each workshop includes at least three sophrology sessions, handouts and at least 3 mp3 recordings. 


£50, including handouts and at least three mp3 recordings.

Maximum number of place in each workshop: 10

To secure a place, pay a non-refundable deposit of £20 now and pay the remaining £30 on arrival the day of the workshop.

Sophrology course to reduce stress and anxiety - 5-week course

Discover how sophrology can help you feel instantly calmer, release physical and emotional tensions and restore balance and harmony in body and mind.

If you struggle with stress and anxiety, you'll learn tools you can use on the go to:
