I offer a range of courses. They usually run over a few weeks as a closed group.
At the beginning of a session, I will explain and demonstrate the exercises before guiding you through them. We usually practice sitting or standing with eyes closed. But you can do the session with your eyes open if you feel uncomfortable closing them.
At the end of the session I will invite you to discuss what you experienced if you are happy to share it. I will also explain how you can start implementing the exercises in your daily life.
I usually run closed groups. Please book in advance as places are limited.
Free Sophrology Sessions
Especially designed for people living with a chronic illness these FREE sessions will be a gentle introduction to sophrology and will help you reconnect with your body and find inner calm.
Resume or deepen your sophrology practice with those online sessions. Run as a dynamic relaxation group those sessions will focus on deepening our sense of harmony between body and mind to live a confident life.
During workshops I cover a range of practice and theory. Each workshop includes at least three sophrology sessions, handouts and at least 3 mp3 recordings.
Maximum number of place in each workshop: 10
I offer workshops to switch off and relax, improve sleep or boost energy levels.
Each workshop lasts 3 hours and is a mix of theory and practical exercises.
